I have great orthotics and only wear shoes that have a small heel -- My PF is getting better every day since getting the right inserts. Only buy inserts that have a money back guarantee and in some cases the least expensive ones work as well as very expensive ones. You should see relief in 1-2 weeks, BUT it will take months to eliminate all the pain and you can never stop stretching or PF will return.
