Hi, my name is Ben Thurlock and I suffered from Plantar Fasciitis from 2005-2007. It was a 2 year ordeal of pure pain and this site was the ultimate result from my struggle with the condition. I’m not going to go into a huge sob story about how bad my condition was, but suffice it to say that it was BAD.

I’m no medical expert but just a regular guy who has fought with Plantar Fasciitis and won. I’ve also done a LOT of research about the condition so I do consider myself well-versed about the subject of Foot Pain and Plantar Fasciitis. I hope you find my advice helpful!
